"2005 FLHTCUI with 103 ci, screamin eagle cam ported heads and true duals, brought for service, stator went out. Had stator replaced and 45k service. The bike was running good before the service but running great now. Noticeable improvement starting, throttle response and just feels smoother running. I am very pleased with this very thorough service and would like to thank the technician got my baby ready to go tame the Dragon!"

"This e-mail is to say THANK YOU to everyone at Mike Bruno’s Bayou Country Harley Davidson for the very finest service ever experienced at any dealership. My friend Gary Nelson and I were traveling through Louisiana when we both experienced problems with our bikes at the same time (strange). The service department took us in with no waiting and immediately went to work. Carol Chauvin in sales got us a cup of coffee, took us on a complete tour of the dealership and introduced us to everyone there while our bikes were being fixed. The next afternoon I had another problem all the way down south of Houma in the bayou. Service sent a truck to pick me and my bike up and bring us back to the dealership where the shop manager stayed until about 8:30 that night and fixed the problem himself in order to get me up and running for the next morning. Fantastic never happened anywhere else.
I cannot thank all of you enough for the very finest, friendly service ever experienced in a Harley Davidson dealership. We ride thousands of miles a year and have been in many dealerships. You folks are top of the line, The Best.

I recently bought a 2007 Fatboy from Mike Bruno's and I just wanted everyone to know the staff there are all top notch. I contacted a few other dealerships and they seemed difficult to work with. So me and the wife took a ride and stop in at Mike's in houma on a thursday and looked at a couple bike's. Carroll was there and answered a few questions and we set up for us to come in the next day and test ride some of the bikes I looked at. "My name is Carole M. Richoux. I am a 65 yr. old kindergarten teacher @ Bayou Blue Elem. School. It's been my dream for many years to own and ride a motorcycle. There are two prerequisites, in my opinion, to get someone like me from my dream to my reality. The first is my desire and second a top notch instructor. I had both, which leads me to my instructor, Patrick Theriot. Patrick is an excellent instructor. I recognized many qualities in him that attributed to him being a superior instructor. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, presentation of subject matter was clear and precise, he has the patience of Job, and he is very compassionate. The last quality I want to mention is Patrick's unending and relentless emphasis on safety! Patrick reached into all of us in the group and pulled out what each needed to achieve his/her goal.
All of the above would not have come to pass had it not been for Richard Dantin. Richard projects the heart, soul and passion of motorcycle riding. Richard put me at ease the first day I met him. After meeting and talking with Richard, I left with the confidence that "Yes I can do this" my dream can be realized. He put my fears to rest. He is so laid back and non-threatening in his approach to welcoming one into the world of motorcycle riding. "True Story, In October of 2009, I was ready to trade my 2006 Electra Glide Standard for a newer model. I bought my 2006 from Mike Bruno’s Bayou Country Harley-Davidson with Mike Paschal as my salesman. I told Mike what I was looking for and what I was expecting. Mike Paschal and the staff at Mike Bruno’s Bayou Country Harley-Davidson tried for two days to meet my expectations.
After we were not able to come to terms, I called a Harley dealer in New Orleans and told them what I was looking for and what my financial terms had to be. The New Orleans dealer assured me that they had the model I was looking for and that they could surely meet my terms!
Well, let me tell you they wasted my time and lied to me. They did not even have the year much less the model I wanted. They wasted so much of my time that I was forced to ride home in the cold rain because they ignored my concern to leave before the bad weather rolled in!
I found the New Orleans Harley-Davidson dealer to be insincere, unconcerned for my safety or time and not at all truthful.
I returned to Mike Bruno’s Bayou Country Harley-Davidson and made a deal that I found to be fair. They worked with me and together we were able to get the financial terms that I could live with.
I felt I had to look elsewhere to find a deal that I could live with and all I found was lies and deceit. Take my word for it, nobody will work harder to earn your business than the gang at Mike Bruno’s Bayou Country Harley-Davidson!

" My name is mark, i bought a recent 2008 ultra classic peace officer edition from mike's this fall. I have been riding bikes since 1976 and this is my first harley.(YES) I have been trying to get another bike but wife said no, i just took her to see the bikes on display at mike's and didn't say or ask anything. She was amazed with the inventory of bikes and how they looked to her. She then went to Lucas and advised him that my husband would like to drive out on that bike today. (I had to go outside and smoke a couple of coffin nails because i couldn't believe what i just heard) after returning back into the show room lucas advised us the bike was approved and it was Mine. (i then returned outside to finish the rest of the pack of coffin nails) i was given the keys and rode to sams parking lot and then got off the bike to see what i just bought, too busy smoking outside to look at bike inside. now i have been riding when i can an i love it. wife never rode a bike before and she now follows me outside when i grab my keys because she loves the ride. since i have been back to pick up some add-ons and the staff has never gave me any problems. i have then gone in to service and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I will tell you i don't know who has had problems with Bayou Country HD but i never had a problem yet !! So what ya waitn on buy a HOG and tell them i sent ya ( so i can get a $100 gift card) "

And now I have had an AWESOME experience. And not just because I am part of the HOG chapter. Everyone is glad to see you when you enter the door. They make the whole buying experience smooth. " I would like to thank all the staff so much for the help they had given me in buying my first Harley. I did shop around on the internet and by word of mouth before i purchased my 08 ultra classic peace officer edition. I was advised to stay away from only Mike Bruno's and shop in NO or in Laf. area. My brother bought a 08 Street Glyde from another dealer that bruno's. I will not bash another dealer but my brother did have to go to mikes for repair on his bike, he advised me that he wished he would have purchased his bike from Bruno's instead of the dealer he purchased he street glide from. He did enjoy the staff and the management from bruno's and said he will purchase his next bike from mike bruno's bayou country HD. So i went into the shop and asked questions and the next thing you know i have my first harley and could not have been happier with the staff and management from Mike Bruno's. By the way this is not my first bike and i have been riding since 1976.( could not afford HD back then)
If you want to get an opinion on where to buy walk in the show room and my your own opinion, you won't but dissatified with your results.....

I PURCHASED 2008 ULTRA CLASSIC SATURDAY AND LET ME TELL YOU. BOBBY WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THAT BIKE FIT ME. YES HE IS A GOOD SALESPERSON BUT HE DOES IT FROM THE HEART AND THAT IS RARE. First many thanks, I am enjoying my new Soft tail Custom more then I could have dreamed.
I have been in the search for a New HD for at least 2 years now. My search has taken me in many different directions, to include much of the Gulf coast, San Antonio Tx., Las Vegas Nv., Cancun Mx., and Cabo San Lucas Mx. including other not mentioned. But who knew that I would find the bike of my dreams in my back door (Mike Bruno's Bayou Country Harley-Davidson). I have visited your dealership on many different occasions and every time I told members of your staff that when I see it I will know it. It just wasn’t there yet! One day while killing time waiting on a dinner date with friends we decided to stop in again. It was the first thing we say when we walked in the door. I told my wife (Sherry) this is the Bike. Two days later we went back to your dealership and speaking with the sales guys, told them that I believe this could be me, but it needed a few mods (extras). After talking with the parts dept about what could be done I made the purchase. I then sat down with your parts dept, catalog, computer and legal pad in hand we made a list. Sherry was beginning to think I wouldn’t stop. One and a half pages later I knew it would be great. I asked if I could leave the bike there until it was complete, I did not won’t to ride it until then. They agreed. About one month later I now am able to ride the bike of my dreams.
All your staff is to be commended on a great experience and a job well done. (Sales, Parts, Service Dept, Apparel, Including all persons behind the scene).
