Their willingness to help us in our selection of a leather coat was instrumental in our decision to purchase our new bike "2008 Road King Classic Anniversary Edition" on 11 Sept. 2007. Mr. Nick stayed very late that night and worked on the bike trying to fix a wiring problem, and in the end offered his personal cell # if I had any problems on the way back to Gulfport, MS. However he couldn't fix the problem, but he had it fixed by 9:00 am the next day and I took delivery of the bike then. It was a pleasure working with a person that was commited to his work and business. If that is the type of people working for Bruno Harley, it is my pleasure to do business with you!!!! "As a first time Harely buyer as was unprepared for the overall pleasent experience in the purchase of my new Dyna Wide Glide. Bobby paitently showed me the various models and explained the diffeences. When he showed me the bikes at first I wasn't too taken with what I was seeing until he took me to the back. There she was, my future new ride. She called to me and I said let's make a deal. Nick took over at that point and the rest is history.
I am really impressed with the facility and staff. I know that I have a place to call on in the future with what will sure to be numerous requests for advice and sharing kbowledge about my new bike.
